Each month you will receive 5 spray bottles of 2.5 ml with designer perfumres, carefully selected around the theme of the month. Also included is a jewelry surprise set.

Perfume Surprise decants fragrances from its original bottle into our 2.5 ml spray bottles. Decanting is defined as a method of transferring from one bottle to another.

No, when you sign up for 1-month subscription you will be billed $24.99/month, when you choose a 6-month pre-pay option you will be billed one-time $125, and seen no monthly charges. Shipping is Free. If your shipping address is in Florida, sales tax will be added to your order.
If you subscribe on a monthly basis, you’ll pay for your first box once you place your order. Starting with your second box, you’ll be billed on the 15th of every month. When you choose the 6-month pre-pay option, you’ll pay your full subscription up-front and won’t see any monthly charges. Once your 6 months is up, we’ll send you an email and see if you’d like to opt out of auto-renewal.
To upgrade your subscription plan, log in to My Account, go to upgrade my subscription. Choose your new plan and go to checkout. You will be billed upfront for your new plan.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express credit cards, or debit cards as payment. Unfortunately, we’re not able to accept PayPal, checks, money orders, gift cards, or link routing numbers to your account.
Perfume Surprise monthly subscription is $24.99 but you can receive a better value with our 6-month pre-pay option for $125 ($20.83/month).
We hope you will not! but, Yes you can cancel your subscription. Log in to My Account and click “Cancel Subscription”. Your cancellation will be processed within seven business days. Make sure to cancel before the 1st of the month so you are not charged for that month. However, if you cancel your 6 month pre-pay, we will not process a refund for the remaining of the term. You may use your Perfume Surprise subscription until the end of your then-current subscription term which has been paid in full. Please note, we cannot offer refunds for the remaining months left in a subscription.

The Perfume Surprise box will be shipped around the 20th of each month. Please allow 3 to 5 business days in transit for your order to arrive. If you are a first time subscriber and placed your order between the 6th and 20th, we will ship your first box on the 25th. All boxes following your first order, will then be shipped around the 15th of each month.
You will receive an email with tracking details when the item is shipped. You can also view your tracking details by signing in to My Account.
We are not able to accept returns on any Perfume Surprise subscription plan. For e-commerce please see our policy on the e-commerce page.
We select our fragrances carefully around a monthly theme. We are a full discovery service, and experimentation is part of the fun. We do not offer refunds or returns on subscriptions of any kind. Please help us improve our selection by sending us your perfume reviews.
We offer Gift Subscriptions! You can either send one gift box or purchase the 6-month pre-pay Gift Subscription.
Simply purchase a gift subscription plan and enter the address information of the person you want to receive the gift.
You will get an email containing the tracking number once your gift has been shipped.
